ABOUT ME

Originally from NY, Joshua Dailey a current graduating senior at MTSU, made his way to Murfreesboro TN to further his study in dance. With his interest in choreography and dance costuming, he explores his dance identity with an open eye, making the world his oyster.

I am a dancer and choreographer. I dance to bring meaning, to bring possibilities, to bring beauty, and to bring hope and inspiration to a world gone concrete. I dance because of my curiosity, and through this I find myself growing more devoted, more confident, and more eager to thrive and grow as an artist.

 As a dancer I live through expressionism to bring light to current world issues, bringing raw emotion to chorographic themes.

As a choreographer I am drawn to dancers whom are not afraid to express their own artistic voices. As I am a firm believer that dancers dance their best when they are not afraid to release the beauty of dance while sharing their connection to choreography.
